We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our engagement with the emergency management sector and inform product and service design and delivery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to understand customer needs.
This is an ongoing role that offers flexibility in location, with options for Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Hobart.
- Lead emergency management sector engagement and understand customer needs to inform product and service design and delivery.
- Coordinate cross-team activities within the Decision Support Services Program and manage external committees.
- Provide operational decision support and related services to the National Emergency Management Agency National Situation Room.
