About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Planning (Integrated Schedule) to join our Planning team at Rio Tinto. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in integrating and optimizing our schedules, ensuring seamless alignment and managing critical paths.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the RTIO Integrated schedule (IS) process, representing the plan and guiding multiple teams in providing input data.
  • Maintain the RTIO IS schedule in Primavera (P6) and compile communication information for RTIO IS updates.
  • Build the medium-term RTIO Integrated Schedule, including schedule scenarios, critical path analysis, and material performance milestones.
  • Build quarterly updates to the RTIO Integrated Schedule, including MTP reconciliation and risk trends.

  • Functional understanding of project scheduling (Primavera P6), dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Ability to access, compile, store, analyze, and use large data sets.
  • Ability to communicate complex data to an audience and derive actionable insights.
