The Opportunity

As part of our team, the Quality Assurance Partner will support the national Operations Team to proactively implement integrated quality and risk management systems, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and Assessment and Rating Process.

This role plays a pivotal part in providing governance functions and monitoring Centre compliance to obligations stated continuous improvement activities and supporting the development of Quality Improvement Plans that lead to sustained compliance success, exceptional assessment & rating results creating positive outcomes for stakeholders.

Your day-to-day will be diverse, with depth and breadth to cement your career. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing Centre Quality Improvement Plans based on internal audit outcomes, organisational policies, procedures, and programs, as well as Centre continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensuring self-assessment and evidence aspects of Centre Quality Improvement Plans demonstrate compliance and achievable continuous improvement activities.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the completion of stated Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Supporting management in promoting and operationalising the National Quality Framework.
  • Participating in the ongoing development of Quality Audit Programs, including audit reports and support templates addressing all areas of compliance, including Child Safety and Wellbeing, Work Health and Safety, Food Safety, Environment Sustainability, Emergency Management, and document and data control.
  • Conducting and preparing accurate audit reports providing objective evidence and recommendations for improvements within achievable timeframes.
