Job Description

The Quantitative Researcher will investigate market data to develop mathematical and statistical models for trading signals.

They collaborate with technologists to backtest results, implement trading strategies, and optimize performance.

The role involves immersing oneself in market data, leveraging tools in mathematics, statistics, and programming, and working alongside technologists to put trading signals into production.

Research focuses on optimizing trading strategy performance, collecting feedback from other researchers, strategists, and traders, and brainstorming new ideas for quantitative projects.

Core skills required include a PhD in a quantitative field, exceptional mathematical problem-solving skills, solid communication skills, strong computing skills, experience working on in-depth research projects, and no finance experience requirement.
