Dental Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Support Specialist to provide exceptional patient care and support our dentists in delivering high-quality treatments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dental care team as a key member, providing chairside assistance during dental procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Dentists During Procedures: Provide vital support during dental procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • Prepare Treatment Rooms: Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Sterilize Equipment: Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care, promoting excellent patient outcomes.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Infection Control: Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols, safeguarding the health and well-being of patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in dental procedures and terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using dental software packages.
