Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Designer to lead the content refresh of our website, audit and review existing content, and develop new content as required.

  • Lead the content refresh of the website, ensuring all content is user-centered, plain language, and aligned with government standards.
  • Audit, review, and rewrite existing content to improve readability, accessibility, and usability.
  • Apply content design principles, including structured content, information hierarchy, and consistent tone of voice.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered content that meets the needs of our users. You will also contribute to the development of a multi-channel content strategy that sets the direction for content, technology, and information architecture enhancements for the website.
