About the Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Merchandising Specialist to drive sales growth in our national FMCG team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong business relationships with retailers and utilize store intelligence data to inform sales strategies.
  • Maximize product presence within Grocery, Discount Department and Petrol Channels through effective merchandising solutions.
  • Create engaging point of sale displays, develop optimized planograms and ensure products are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Negotiate shelf space with managers to increase market share.
  • Monitor stock levels for stores and collaborate with store managers to resolve any discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in merchandising or retail sales within FMCG (particularly Grocery stores) is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship building skills and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Creatively minded individuals who can think outside the box are encouraged to apply.

Location: Melbourne Area

Hours/Days: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time
