About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team. As a Salesforce Developer, you'll work with a team of like-minded individuals to deliver thought-leading transformational solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your core consulting and Salesforce skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings, and products.
  • Be involved in APEX development, Lightning web components, and complex Salesforce configuration.
  • Work with the development team in analyzing, designing, coding, and unit testing Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate actively in development workstreams within projects.
  • Guide clients in best practices and better ways of achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with a team of talented technical Salesforce people, knowledge sharing, and supporting each other to help develop expertise in Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud and common AppExchange apps.
  • Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs.
  • Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
  • Proven experience in developing for accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA).
  • Experienced in HTML/CSS/JavaScript development, responsive layout.
  • Knowledge and experience in applying best practice CSS override.
  • A good understanding of Salesforce lightning design system.
  • Capability to communicate with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
  • DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Certification(s) in Platform Developer II; Sales; Service; or Community Cloud.
  • Australian Citizens are preferred.
