About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Learning Professional to join our team. As an Educator, you will be part of a collaborative and inclusive learning environment where everyone supports each other's professional growth and development.

You will have opportunities to develop and implement innovative early learning programs that reflect current best practices and thinking. Our centre offers a warm and inclusive environment with play-based programs from nursery through to our Flying Start to School preschool.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  3. Maintain accurate records of children's learning and development, and share this information with families.
  4. Contribute to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum framework.

Requirements

  • A completed Certificate III in Children's Services or working towards it.
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Sound, practical knowledge and implementation of national quality frameworks and early learning frameworks.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check.
  • To be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
