Early Childhood Educator Career Pathway

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about working with children and have a desire to build a career in early childhood education.

  1. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and their families.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the overall quality and effectiveness of the centre's programs and services;
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to improve knowledge and skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
