Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to join our team, supporting the facilitation of educational standards and contributing to the centre's growth. As a key member of our team, you will be part of a strong, experienced group supported by our director with over 30 years of experience in childcare.

Key Requirements
  1. A recognised Certificate III qualification.
  2. The willingness to undertake diploma study.
  3. Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  4. An understanding of National Quality Framework and Regulations.
  5. Familiarity with Early Years Learning Framework.
  6. A current Working with Children Check.
  7. A First Aid certificate, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain).
  8. A genuine desire to work with young children.
  9. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  10. Experience or willingness to document children's learning.
  11. Awareness and implementation of play-based learning approaches.

Our centre operates from 7:00am-6:00pm, providing a dynamic work environment for those ready to extend their career. We prioritize high-quality care and education, ensuring a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for both staff and children.
