About the Job DescriptionThis role requires a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. As the welcoming face and voice of Clique Creative, you will ensure seamless communication between our clients and team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing phone calls, emails, and client enquiries.
- Quality control of floor plans and managing photo/video editing requests.
- Supporting the Operations Manager, Bookings Coordinator, and Project & Office Administrator as needed.
- Troubleshooting client concerns, including floor plans and photo editing requests.
We are looking for an entry-level candidate who is eager to kickstart their career in administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of self, be well presented, and have exceptional customer service skills. You should be tech-savvy and able to maintain attention to detail while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong competency in Google Drive including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and general administration ideal. A good understanding of Adelaide and its surrounding suburbs is also desirable.
