We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level support to the Director and key team leaders in our School Quality and Performance team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing administrative support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the Director's office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence preparation.
  2. Oversee records management and ensure timely follow-up on matters.
  3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to prepare reports and presentations.
  4. Conduct research, draft policy papers, and manage projects with minimal supervision.
