Food Preparation Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced team leader to oversee our early morning food preparation and packing shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a crew during the 4am-11am shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the shift and guide team members to meet production deadlines
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Delegate tasks and manage pacing to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Prepare and pack food with precision, checking labels and quantities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a restaurant, cafe or commercial kitchen environment
  • Leadership experience, even in a small team setting
  • Ability to work calmly and confidently under time pressure
  • Leads by example, neat, efficient, respectful, and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills (essential for instruction and order accuracy)
