Job Title:

We're looking for a talented Digital Content Specialist to drive results through engaging online experiences.

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver SEO-optimised, on-brand content.
  • Own and execute content and campaign strategies across the website, social media, and product pages.
  • Use insights to boost key metrics – from conversion rates to bounce rates and beyond.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Tech teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Manage external agencies to ensure smooth, high-quality content delivery.
About You:
  • 3+ years in ecommerce or multi-channel retail (mid-level sweet spot).
  • Strong hands-on experience in digital content, campaigns, and online merchandising.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and juggle multiple projects under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of CMS (Hybris or WordPress), SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • A blend of strategy, creativity, and "roll up your sleeves" energy.
