Digital Content Experience Leader

This role presents a chance to lead the development of digital content experiences that drive meaningful change for customers and communities.
You'll have the authority to shape content strategies, create impactful digital assets, and elevate the team's content to meet brand standards.
- Develop and implement content strategies that guide the creation of high-impact digital content across various channels.
- Review and refine the team's content for quality, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand tone and vision.
- Manage content lifecycles, creation, maintenance, and optimisation across websites and mobile apps.
- Analyse performance data to inform content optimisation and support business goals.
- Guide and inspire a team of digital content professionals to achieve excellence.
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
- 7–10 years' experience in digital content, UX writing, or content design roles, preferably in complex environments.
- Experience working in regulated industries, such as financial services, insurance, or health.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, coupled with a deep understanding of content strategy, architecture, and user experience.
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools.
