Job Title: Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME)

Pel-Air Aviation is a leading regional airline operating a fleet of over 60 Saab 340 aircraft and 6 Boeing 737 to numerous destinations across Australia.

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) to be based in Perth, WA.

This role involves line maintenance, defect rectification support of the REX/Pel-Air Perth network for SAAB operations.

  • Line maintenance and defect rectification of REX/Pel-Air Perth network aircraft
  • Remote port rescue of REX/Pel-Air Perth network aircraft

The ideal candidate will have a full category licence coverage and a valid company approval for B1 engine run and taxi approval. They should also be able to work a flexible 38-hour work week plus additional hours as required.

Key qualifications include:

  • Full category licence coverage
  • Able to attain approvals in the near future
  • Flexible working hours

Additional responsibilities include participating in aircraft recovery when necessary and assisting with RAMP operations and stock control of aircraft parts and tools as required.
