Location: Perth Airport, Western Australia
Roster: Seven-on, seven-off rotating roster (morning and afternoon/evening shifts only – no night shifts)
Aircraft: De Havilland Dash 8-100 & 300

About Maroomba Airlines
Nantay Pty Ltd, trading as Maroomba Airlines, operates a fleet of Dash 8 aircraft, serving a diverse range of valued clients. Established in 1985, we are one of Perth's longest-standing privately held charter companies, renowned for delivering high-quality aviation services.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Licensed B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional, supportive environment with exceptional working conditions and career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance operations in a safe and compliant manner;
- Ensure the highest standards in all engineering aspects of our services;
- Liaise with pilots and flight crew regarding maintenance operations and preflight inspections;
- Maintain accurate schedules, records, and documentation.
Essential Criteria
- Qualified B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) with at least three years of commercial aircraft maintenance experience;
- Experience with Dash 8 100/200/300 or similar aircraft;
- Current and valid Driver's License;
- Holds or can obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail;
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Familiarity with aviation maintenance software and tools;
- Meticulous approach ensuring all tasks meet the highest standards;
- Efficient time management to meet maintenance schedules and deadlines;

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
