Senior Insurance Oversight Analyst Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Insurance Oversight Analyst. As a key contributor to our Insurance and Claims team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of our Insurer Oversight Framework.

About the Job
  • Lead the development and execution of our Insurer Oversight Framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and capability within the Insurance Oversight team.
  • Monitor and analyze insurer performance through rigorous audits, reviews, and data-driven insights, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Represent us in insurer service meetings, advocating for member-centric improvements that drive business value and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold oversight standards, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Produce quarterly insurer reports, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations that inform business decisions.
Your Background
  • Extensive experience in financial services or life insurance and claims, with a proven track record of driving results and delivering value.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw sound conclusions that inform business decisions.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive feedback, driving collaborative problem-solving and consensus-building.
  • Deep understanding of risk management and compliance principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Risk Management Frameworks and regulatory environments, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and project delivery skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
