Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Oversight Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the Insurer Oversight Framework.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity that offers a challenging and rewarding experience. As an Insurance Oversight Lead, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide other team members, monitor and analyze insurer performance, and represent us in key meetings.

  • Mentor and guide the Insurance Oversight Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Monitor and analyze insurer performance through regular audits, reviews, and data insights.
  • Represent us in key meetings with insurers, advocating for member-centric improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interpret complex data and draw sound conclusions. You will also need to have strong analytical skills, experience in financial services or life insurance and claims, and a deep understanding of risk management and compliance principles.
