This role focuses on developing and delivering clear communication to various stakeholders through multiple channels. The successful applicant will work closely with senior management to align communication efforts with our strategic goals and corporate plan.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering clear, impactful communication to various stakeholders through multiple channels.
  • Collaborating closely with senior management to align communication efforts with the organisation's strategic goals and corporate plan.
  • Providing expert advice on media, communications, and stakeholder engagement best practices to enhance current communication strategies and create new initiatives.
  • Managing the production and delivery of communications on time and within budget, ensuring input from relevant subject matter experts.
  • Ensuring all communications are consistent with our key messages, brand values, and communication objectives.
  • Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of communication and media strategies, reporting on progress, and recommending improvements where necessary.

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in communication, media, public relations, or a related field.
  • A customer-focused approach, committed to providing exceptional service to all stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern communications and media strategies, best practices, and channels.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to write, edit, and produce professional content across various media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative team player, with emotional intelligence and sound judgement in decision-making.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and provide strategic guidance.
  • A highly developed service-oriented mindset, with the ability to foster mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Understanding of the financial services sector is desirable.
