Job Title: Senior Construction Lawyer

We are seeking a talented and experienced construction lawyer to join our team in Sydney on a full-time basis. As a senior construction lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work with major and high-profile construction projects nationally, advising clients on a range of matters including infrastructure, transport, and engineering industries.

You will be required to have strong academic performance, excellent drafting skills, and attention to detail. You should also have the ability to provide timely, accurate, and commercially astute advice. Additionally, you should have 2-4 years of experience with a background in front-end construction matters, as well as high-quality private practice experience and exposure to public sector work which will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on major and high-profile construction projects nationally
  • Act for public and private sector clients across the infrastructure, transport, and engineering industries

Requirements:
  • Strong academic performance
  • Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to provide timely, accurate, and commercially astute advice
  • 2-4 years' experience with a background in front-end construction matters
  • High-quality private practice experience and exposure to public sector work will be highly regarded
