About the Position:

  • We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in HVAC systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

  • Collaborate with regional managers and service agents to ensure seamless commissioning and installation of VRF and QTON systems.

  • Develop and deliver training programs for service agents and contractors, enhancing their knowledge and skills.

  • Conduct site visits to provide on-site support and technical assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction and business objectives are met.

  • SUPPORT warranty processes, reporting, and technical data analysis, making informed decisions to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • A qualified HVAC technician with extensive industry experience and a proven track record of success.

  • Confident in diagnosing, commissioning, and resolving complex technical issues, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Able to balance business objectives with customer satisfaction, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Flexible to travel for site visits and training delivery, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
