Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and pricing models.
  • Lead product lifecycle management from concept through to market launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

  • Travel overseas up to four times a year to stay connected with global jewellery trends and innovations.

About You:
  • 10+ years of buying experience, with a strong background in retail (B2C) or manufacturing (B2B), ideally within the jewellery or luxury goods sectors.
  • Experience in commercial and wholesale buying, managing inventory, and leading end-to-end product portfolios.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and partnering with key stakeholders such as the GM and Financial Controller to drive cost management and profitability.
  • Deep understanding of gemstones, precious metals, jewellery fabrication, and supply chain management.
  • Passionate about fashion and jewellery trends with an eye for innovation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key business decisions.
