Auditory Care Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to partner with us in delivering exceptional auditory care services. As a Joint Venture Partner, you will have the autonomy to manage your customers and make key decisions that drive business growth.

The opportunity presents itself in Toowoomba, where our established audiology businesses have a loyal customer base. With a strong support network behind you, you will be able to expand our services and further develop the business.

Our stores currently have two Audiology Clinic Managers and an Audiology Professional on hand to support the growth of the audiology business.

This is a unique chance to reap the rewards of your hard work without compromising on customer care. You will be part of a team that puts people first, where doing right by the customer is at the forefront of everything we do.

Key Benefits:
  • Guaranteed salary ranging between $100,000 – $110,000 plus super (paid fortnightly)
  • Annual profit (paid monthly once the business is making profit)
  • Futures value of shares in the business (paid when you retire from the business)
  • 5 weeks annual leave + birthday leave
  • Two free pairs of glasses per year

Requirements:

  • Holding or eligibility to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body
  • Minimum of two years clinical experience post obtaining QP
  • High level interpersonal skills and communication skills with ability to build strategic working relationships
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes
