About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to assist the Site Manager in the safe, coordinated, and successful delivery of project site works. The successful candidate will ensure all works are executed in accordance with The ADCO Way.

Responsibilities
  • Review and understand project documents and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and ensure that their plans comply with project specifications and drawings.
  • Facilitate site set up and maintenance, and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure all site undertakings are in line with project plans.
  • Contribute to and implement the short-term lookahead program for delivery.
  • Manage site works throughout the project to ensure defect-free handover.
  • Ensure the timely compilation of quality documentation by subcontractors throughout the project.
About You
  • Experienced in a similar role with large building project experience.
  • Ideal candidate has completed 3-4 projects with the new build commercial sector up to $200m.
  • Trade background and/or relevant qualification.
  • Demonstrated IR experience and the ability to drive a strong HSE and QA culture onsite and in-line with The ADCO Way.
