Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Solutions Engineer to provide pre-sales technical support for complex products/applications/solutions. As a key member of our sales function, you will utilize your expertise in cutting-edge data storage to address customer needs and deliver successful business outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical expertise to sales staff and customers through presentations and product demonstrations
  • Assisting sales staff in assessing potential applications of company products and preparing detailed specifications
  • Creatingspecifications for complex products/applications/solutions and building mini-applications based on customer requirements
  • Providing consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our presence within existing and new clients. You will work closely with our district teams and sales leaders to develop tailored storage technology solutions that meet unique customer challenges.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and architecting on-premise or hybrid storage systems
  • Developing storage infrastructure and data management solutions for enterprise applications
  • Collaborating with client executives and partner sales to create strategies for developing customer opportunities
  • Offering and applying technical expertise on NetApp's storage products and solutions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in technical specifications on storage products and services
  • Experience working with telecom customers/service providers is essential
  • Prior experience in roles such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Solutions Engineering on storage technologies
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and ability to influence Sales team, driving initiatives and acting as a Decision-maker on Projects
  • Knowledge of Cloud, Storage, AI/ML, Database, Microservice, Enterprise Application or DevOps is advantageous
