Senior Tax Manager Role

This is a senior-level advisory position for a commercially-minded tax professional to help shape tax strategy, support complex transactions, and guide decision-makers across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality tax advice on major deals and operational matters.
  • Manage relationships with external advisors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide input on proposed legislation and participate in industry consultations.
  • Coordinate external service providers on tax filing and lodgement obligations.
  • Support business continuity, tax forecasting, and transformation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and internal knowledge sharing.
About You:
  • Combine technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and collaborative energy.
  • Bring 8+ years' experience in corporate tax, ideally with trust structures and transaction exposure.
  • Hold CA, CPA or post-grad tax law qualification.
  • Have experience in property, investment management or financial services (preferable).
  • Possess Strong communication skills – able to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
  • Have A proactive mindset with a knack for navigating ambiguity and making strategic decisions.
  • Be A team-first approach, contributing to collective success while driving individual outcomes.
