Civil Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Civil Design Specialist to contribute to our Community Development team in Queensland.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop conceptual and detailed civil projects for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure using 12D software.
  • Interpret and apply civil design requirements from State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project needs and expectations.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in urban, land, and subdivision civil design.
  • Possess relevant qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in utilizing 12D software.
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval processes and regulatory requirements.
