Civil Designer Role Overview

Stantec seeks a skilled Civil Designer to join our team in Rockhampton, Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software.

  • Preparing detailed designs for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure.

  • Interpreting civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients.

  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping.

  • Interacting with clients regarding project needs.

The ideal candidate will have senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions. Relevant qualifications include Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
