Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our end-to-end supply chain operations for Home Claims Customers Insurance portfolio. This executive role will drive the successful delivery of the supply chain transformation programme of work, ensuring comprehensive geographic coverage and scalable capacity to support a high number of claims per year.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for leading and delivering the transformation program, ensuring insurance cost savings through designing and implementing an end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with enterprise objectives and our customer-obsessed and digital-first vision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a transformation plan to drive operational excellence, sustained cost optimisation, and long-term resilience in line with organisational strategic priorities
  • Owning the optimisation of spend across major cost categories, using data-driven insights and advanced analytics to inform decision making
  • Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, embedding robust governance frameworks to ensure seamless execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Business, Finance, Commerce)
  • Proven experience in supply chain leadership and transformation delivery
  • Proven experience in Home Insurance and/or Construction Industry
  • Familiarity with digital tools and analytics in claims and/or supply chain environments
