Job Overview

The Machine Operator role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of beverage manufacturing equipment, encompassing size and flavor changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production line equipment to ensure efficiency and quality control.
  • Monitor product quality and perform daily cleaning, inspections, and corrective maintenance.
  • Support preventative maintenance and shutdowns to rebuild equipment to standard.
  • Complete testing, calibration, and reporting to maintain quality control.
  • Coach and guide team members to promote a culture of performance and improvement.

About You

  • Proven experience operating and maintaining production line equipment, preferably in FMCG.
  • Trade Certificate in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or relevant discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to quality.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to coach and collaborate in a team.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with Lean Manufacturing exposure highly regarded.
  • Comfortable with computer systems for reporting and process management.
