Child Safety and Risk Management Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Child Safety and Risk Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading efforts to strengthen our commitment to child safety and regulatory excellence across our programs.

The Quality and Risk team holds a large portfolio that spans across the whole organisation. Specifically, the Risk and Compliance team are responsible for internal compliance of current programs and processes. This includes systems that govern quality, audit compliance, and risk.

In this pivotal role, you will support Berry Street to maintain high standards of child safety by collaborating closely with senior managers, program staff, and external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
