Job Title:

We are seeking a highly experienced Hospitality Reservations & VIP Manager to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will lead and oversee the Reservations Department across multiple locations, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and leadership to ensure smooth and efficient handling of guest bookings.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Reservations Team across both Brisbane and Manly.
  • Foster a positive cross-precinct culture that encourages professional growth, collaboration, and exceptional guest service.
  • Develop and implement reservations strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets across multiple locations.
  • Achieve set KPIs for conversion of enquiries generated from digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, strong track record in hospitality reservations leadership, and proven ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience managing reservations systems (Seven Rooms highly regarded).
  • Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines across multiple locations.
  • Strong reporting and analytical capability.
  • Flexible availability, with occasional weekend/on-call requirements.
