Lead Cinema Operations

The key to our cinema's success lies in the day-to-day management of our Gold Class location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational oversight: Monitor and enhance guest service activities, manage kitchen facilities, maintain adequate stock levels, and ensure presentation meets standards.
  • Revenue generation: Maximize sales through process and product knowledge, maintain accurate cash handling and audit procedures.
  • Guest experience: Maintain high-quality guest service, exceed expectations, and respond to feedback.
  • Sales and marketing: Plan and implement programs, ensure displays and merchandise are well presented, and participate in community-based activities.

Requirements:

  • Potential for advancement to Duty Manager, Trainee Manager, or Assistant Manager
  • Education: Completion of Grade 10 English and Maths
  • Alignment with guiding principles: Team Oriented, Customer Focused, Commitment to Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement, and Innovation
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, ability to lead and develop team members, and excellent communication skills
