Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our business growth in the region. As Regional Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to increase business performance and achieve revenue targets.

  • You will oversee the management of industrial air solutions in the region, developing strategies to expand our customer base and improve market share.
  • Your key objective will be to grow the business sustainably, achieving profitable growth targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • You will have full responsibility for profit and loss (P&L), ensuring effective cost management and resource allocation.
  • You will invest in digitalization and leverage digital means of communication to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • You will develop and lead a high-performing sales team, maximizing resources and optimizing structure to achieve business objectives.
  • You will prioritize customer satisfaction, investigating and resolving complex issues to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • You will spend dedicated time in the field visiting customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • You will collaborate closely with other business lines in the region to offer best-in-class service and capitalize on synergies.
  • You will champion the "safety first" concept and processes, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.

  • The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multinational companies, with a proven track record of leading cross-cultural teams and driving business growth.
  • They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of market trends and competition.
  • They must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing, with a strong focus on customer relationships.
  • They should have leadership skills to coach and develop others, with a ability to adapt to changing business requirements.

Other Requirements
