We are currently seeking casual Guest Service Agents to join our team

As a Guest Service Agent you'll report to the Hotel Services Assistant Manager and be responsible for providing information to our guests regarding the resort's facilities & activities, you'll also have excellent knowledge on our local wineries and restaurants.

You'll provide a level of service that will ensure our loyal IHG Rewards guests feel recognised & valued and be empowered to solve problems.

As the first and last point of contact, you'll ensure our guests stay is memorable.

You'll have experience in reservations/front office/reception;
Hotel industry experience is preferred but not essential;
Vibrant personality with an oozing passion for customer service;
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication and organisational skills;
Team player with a collaborative approach to work and

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload and
