Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed investigations into fraud and scam cases.
- Facilitate the provision of high-quality services to customers.
- Work closely with Service Portfolio Leads to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to uplift standards.
- Prepare reports and insights on quality control reviews and checks.

- Proven experience in financial crime investigation.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong customer-focused approach and commercial acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
