Financial Crime Investigations Professional

Career Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Crime Investigations Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the organisation meets its regulatory obligations regarding financial crime investigations and reporting.

  • Investigate financial transactions and customer behaviour to identify potential financial crime risks;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve departmental capability to detect, investigate, risk mitigate and report financial crime risks.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting in-depth investigations into financial transactions and customer behaviour;
  • Analysing complex data sets to identify patterns and trends that may indicate financial crime activity;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate financial crime risks.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of AML/CTF regulatory requirements;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
