Job Description

Nurse Role:

As a Nurse with our organisation, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients. This will involve providing a premium care experience that is genuine, compassionate and personalised.

  • Developing and implementing client care plans that meet their individual needs
  • Delivering care following the client's care plan, which has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meeting the safety needs of the client and using equipment safely and properly
  • Completing records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Conducting Nursing Assessments
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the relevant health authority
  • Experience in community nursing would be an advantage
  • Subacute and disability experience
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations
  • Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
  • Diabetes management
  • Dementia experience would be an advantage
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
