Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned data professional to assume a key role in analyzing complex data structures and application landscapes. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing data retention capabilities by leveraging expertise in data platforms, ELT/ETL processes, and data governance tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize data platforms such as DataBricks, Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery.
  • Implement and oversee ELT/ETL processes with tools like Airflow, AWS Data Pipeline, and Kinesis.
  • Leverage data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica) to ensure data integrity.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of application integration patterns and enterprise architecture.
  • Support integrations using APIs and SFTP protocols.
  • Lead the discovery process, documenting business goals, requirements, and success measures.
  • Assist in planning project approaches, backlog organization, and development sprints.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Work with Microsoft Suite products, including PowerPoint and Excel, to support project deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively, both in written and oral formats, with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and data retention within complex application environments.
  • Familiarity with data governance and integration tools.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience with enterprise data architecture.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project discovery, requirement gathering, and planning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
