Job Title

Front Office Supervisor

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the front office team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the front office team by recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Process guest payments and manage cash handling procedures while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of related work experience in a supervisory role is required.
  • Proven leadership skills are essential to motivate and train staff members effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Related work experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is highly valued.
  • Supervisory experience in a customer-facing role is also preferred.
