We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated psychologist to join our expanding team at Gorilla Jobs. This is a fantastic opportunity to offer therapy across all age groups, or specialize in a specific demographic if preferred, working with clients facing a wide array of mental health issues and life challenges.
Key Highlights:- Flexible Delivery: Primarily in-person sessions, with telehealth options available based on client needs.
- Client Demographic: Engage with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with diverse mental health concerns, ensuring a varied and stimulating caseload.
- Autonomy & Tailored Caseload: Full control over your caseload, with services marketed and clients matched to your expertise and interests.
- Strong Referral Network: Close collaborations with local GPs guarantee a steady and full caseload from the start.
- Assessment Experience: Proficiency in ASD assessments is valued but not essential.
- Commitment: Availability for 3-4 days per week to meet high client demand and support the extensive waitlist.
- Flexible Employment Options: Choose between salaried or contractor roles, depending on your preference.
- Competitive Fee Splits: Session fees range from $200 (general) to $250 (clinical), with a 65/35 split, negotiable based on experience.
- Negotiable Salary: Salary packages tailored to your experience and qualifications.
- Supportive Team: Be part of a welcoming team of 25 psychologists, with regular team events and outings.
- Monthly Supervision: Benefit from 1-hour supervision sessions with both primary and secondary supervisors on-site.
- Comprehensive Admin Support: The admin team manages all bookings, phone calls, and rebates, allowing psychologists to focus solely on payments, case notes, and GP correspondence.
- Modern Facilities: Work in a beautifully converted house with spacious, light-filled therapy rooms equipped with comfortable seating, air conditioning, and large windows, creating an ideal environment for client sessions.
