- Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that spare parts and equipment are available to meet customer needs.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve technical support processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in complex electrical and electronic equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to customers and team members.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable individual, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
