Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in complex electrical and electronic equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
