**Job Opportunity**

Support In-Home Care Workers

We are seeking experienced and entry-level in-home care workers to join our team. Our services deliver high-quality care to customers, supporting them to maintain their well-being and independence in their own surroundings.

A typical day assisting our customers may include:

  • Domestic assistance

  • Assisted shopping/client appointments

  • Respite care

  • Meal preparation

  • Social support and community engagement

  • Assistance with personal care

Shifts will be shorter in duration with paid travel time between customers in a localised area. Opportunities to upskill and develop within the organisation are also available.

Requirements

- Available for shifts across Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm (Some weekend and public holidays as required)

- Highly regarded - Studying or completed a minimum Certificate III in a health-related industry (Individual Support, Aged Care Community Services, Nursing etc.)

- Qualification in First Aid and CPR is highly regarded or willing to obtain

- Willingness to get physical and help with domestic work - Mopping, vacuuming, washing, general cleaning

- Genuine desire and ability to connect and develop a meaningful relationship

- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement

- Current Driver's License

- Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, or willing to obtain
