Key Role: We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee logistics support for Cadets Branch Air Force (CB-AF) to enable Australian Air Force Cadets (AAFC) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the acquisition, sustainment, and disposal of assets in support of AAFC aviation and ground activities.
  • Develop and implement effective governance processes for AAFC inventory management, including stocktakes and audits.
  • Conduct research and analysis into strategic level logistics issues, providing insights to inform decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with AAFC logistics representatives within Wing headquarters.
  • Represent Director Logistics Capability in specialist LOG forums, contributing to industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
