**Job Opportunity: Employment Support Specialist**

We are seeking an Employment Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality employment services to individuals with a history of offending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver employment services to individuals with a history of offending
  • Work collaboratively with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to identify job opportunities

  • Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop effective support plans

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate IV in Employment Services or a related field
  • Experience working in the employment services industry, preferably with a focus on supporting individuals with a history of offending
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
