Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Consultant to join our team in the energy sector. This role will involve partnering with organisations to design and deliver end-to-end enterprise data platforms and unlock their analytics capabilities.

About this role:

  • Design and deliver modern data platforms, digital solutions, and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Partner with leading organisations in the energy sector to drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making.
  • Lead stakeholder management across business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate technical requirements into business terms and vice versa, facilitating effective collaboration between teams.
  • Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, data teams, and solution architects to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in energy, utilities, or related sectors.
  • Background in digital and/or data transformation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead workshops, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to work directly with engineers.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL (advantage).
