
Financial Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to manage our financial operations.
**Key responsibilities include:**
- Reconciliation
- Preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements (BAS), Income Tax Assessment Notices (IAS) and Total Payments Reporting (TPARs)
- Compliance checks
- Payroll tax and superannuation processing
- End-of-Month (EOM) and End-of-Year (EOY) finance activities
- Mentoring junior team members
**To be successful in this role, you must have:**
- BAS Agent Certification (desired)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client engagement and management skills
- Demonstrated experience with MYOB and/or Xero
- High proficiency levels in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Construction trade experience (desired)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience Requirements:**
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- MYOB/Xero: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
