
Financial Administrator

We are seeking a skilled financial administrator to fill a key position within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Handle day-to-day financial duties, including invoicing and monitoring accounts payable.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain organised records of job cards for each worker.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial administration or accounting.
- Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office.
- Strong general administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Customer service oriented with good organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member.
Work Details: This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
