Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a skilled financial administrator to fill a key position within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Handle day-to-day financial duties, including invoicing and monitoring accounts payable.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
  • Maintain organised records of job cards for each worker.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial administration or accounting.
  • Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong general administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Customer service oriented with good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member.

Work Details: This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
